Leadership is the art of motivating a group of people to act toward achieving a common goal. There are many other leaders critical to the success of a business, many of which may not even have a leadership title. In this article, we will discuss what leadership means and how you can become an effective leader.

1–Leadership is a concept, which is not easy to define, 领导力是一个很难定义的概念
