Process regarding how to take part in our discussion：
Firstly, we gonna listen the audio tape, you know, get a general picture of the topic theme and entire context, during this stage, we try to learn new words and expressions, try to understand the key points of dialogue and the message in which it intended to convey, and for those who are willing to get on the stage, you should pay close attention to the new words, and practice in advance to get familiar with its sound and meaning, apart from that, you’re also reminded to mark down the knowledge points for future reference.
Secondly, I’m gonna invite two members of our group to engage in the role-play part, the two selected members will be asked to pick up the roles they would like to play, then paired up as partner to read through the dialogue, after that, I will be working as your counsellor, along with my virtual AI assistant, facilitating you guys to figure out new words and expressions that are obscure or hard to define, then the two participants of our group exchange their roles, and read through the dialogue again.
Thirdly, there comes the free topic discussion, during this part, the participants will be encouraged to interact with each other, exchanging your ideas, expressing your thoughts, and demonstrating your perspectives, as long as you’re willing to speak, show and share.
