Tonight, we’re assembled here to launch into the group activities, to embrace a better future, a more upgraded and superior version of ourselves. I hope you’re all prepared to accept the challenges we’re able to experience, the opportunities that will enables us from tongue-tied to dexterity, from an insignificant audience to an eloquent speaker, and ultimately from mediocrity to excellence.
I’m fully aware of the fact that you ladies and gentleman are my biggest booster, therefore, you have my sincere gratitude and total respect, however, language acquisition is bound to take a tremendous toll on each one of us, as I mentioned before, it demands our constant interaction, profound dedication, not to mention the significant amount of time and restless Hair-splitting in terms of a better wording, a meaningful sentence and an inspirational essay.
It must be an enchanted serendipity that we gathered up on the same boat, as a saying goes: “A hundred years of evolution yields companionship on the same boat, a thousand years of cultivation yields sleeping in the same bed.” Therefore, I strongly recommend we mingle, interact and pitch in with one another. I’m 100% positive that we’re gonna make a significant difference through mutual support and joint efforts.
With the system I’ve already put into place, what we’re about to do is crystal clear: we’re gonna go through more than 200 topics within 2 years. Including “100 topics for Daily English Situations” and another 100 topics that based mainly on Desperate Housewives, apart from that, we’re gonna enjoy a lot more valuable and enjoyable stuff together, such as Suits, Ted Speech and a bunch of classic movies.
I have to admit the fact that “We’ll eventually consider it wearisome and dissipating no matter how talented the person we’re in company with.”, That is to say, sooner or later, we gonna feel exhausted, overwhelmed or uninspired. So, we have to weigh up our strength in order to endure and resume our commitment of achieving English proficiency, which I view it as a life-time learning marathon.
So, if you’re tired or spent, don’t push yourself too hard to go with the flow, and always remember chilling out from time to time, taking a hot bath, hanging out with our best friends, or watching a movie with beloved ones. You know, just keep in mind that we need to relax and recharge, because, health is the foundation of revolution.
Usually, I would say the final goal of our group gathering is do whatever it takes to be a fluent speaker, but this time, I come to the realization that the ultimate goal of our group activity is to fulfill our ever-lasting ambition and cater for our long-standing passion.
So, if you ever feel the need of shaping your language skills and securing a major breakthrough, I’m here to help. Even if you’re not motivated, you have my word that the money that invested in our project would not gone wasted.
As of the actual steps regarding how we can make the most of this team-up thing, please refer to following tips:
1、Try to incorporate all these practical components into our daily communication, and make it flow in a logical order! Whether you believe it or not, flow is the parent of fluent. Of course, for those who already arrived at upper-intermedia level, being fluent is not enough to satisfy our ever-growing ambition, therefore, we also need to take advantage of the sentence structures, rhetorical Devices, idioms, quotations, a combination of words…by proper assembling and applying these elements will enable us to compile and compose polished language in an effective and professional way.
2、During our discussion, please try to incorporate the most appropriate constitutes of the English language into your presentation. Namely, words, phrases, sentence structures that you consider as most accurate, powerful and coherent.
3、Try to maximize our brain potential, to enhance its efficiency of storing, categorizing, retrieving and processing multi-layered information, I can’t promise you a magic potion handy, but I’m 100 percent positive that through a mixing-business-with-pleasure approach, plus our dedication and involvement, success is with in an arms-length.
Now, without further ado, that’s begin our journey by introducing ourselves.
Just so you know, activities during the day are casual settings, the time-table is general guideline and there’s no guarantee that we should follow strictly to the exact time span. All my livestreaming session will be will be forwarded to the official group, namely the big group. You guys, as permeant VIP members, have the highest privilege in terms of audio/video connection.
As for activities in the evening, all the sessions are semi-formal, they’re designed for you guys only. We’re not supposed to break the rules unless there is an emergency, so please treat each night session more seriously, because I’m gonna pull out my A-game to provide you with the inspiration and epiphany that you can hardly find elsewhere.
