夸张的修辞手法是运用丰富的想象、廓张的特性，铺陈渲染，以增强表达效果。夸张分为情感夸张、物象夸张、时空夸张、调侃自嘲。夸张的主要功能在于传达出说话者强烈的思想感情，并用这种强烈的感情去感染受话者。夸张如遵循以下两点原则：
